Key Responsibilities
-Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
-Translate requirements into functional specifications and process flows.
-Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
-Collaborate with IT, product, and business teams to deliver projects.
-Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.
-Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
